The MDE, Office of Special Education, Division of Instructional Support is offering an engaging, hands-on regional training that will focus on speech-language caseloads. Speech-language caseloads are high, not only in Mississippi, but nationally. Participants will learn what contributes to these high numbers of children with speech-language difficulty, and best practices for assessment, eligibility decisions, and dismissal will be discussed.
There are no limitations on the number of participants per district. Registration is first-come-first -served basis.
