Disrupting the Opportunity Myth

Disrupting the Opportunity Myth

The Office of School Improvement is offering Professional Learning from The New Teacher Project (TNTP) based on their research on the Opportunity of Myth.  This 4-part training will highlight 5 Key solutions for addressing the quality of academic experiences, specifically the quality of student assignments, rigorous instruction, school experiences, high expectations, and equity.

The first part will be a virtual introduction, follow by 3 face-to-face trainings to discuss the other three touch points.

Touch Points to be discussed:

3.  How Do I Ensure Students Have Access to Strong ELA and Mathematics Instruction? (Face to Face Training)

4.  How Do I Continue to Adjust My Work Moving Forward? (Face to Face Training)
