MS Transitions
MS Transition Conference
The MDE Office of Special Education will host the 4th annual MS Transition Conference.. This one-day conference will focus on the importance of early planning for postsecondary outcomes for students with disabilities. The day will consist of breakouts and keynote from community partners and school districts highlighting best practices.
Targeted Participants: Teachers, Administrators, District Office Teams, Transition Coordinators, Parents, Students with Disabilities
