MDE-Approved OSL Training: Strengthening Teams

The Mississippi Department of Education’s Orientation for School Leaders (OSL) training is a three-module, six-day statewide series facilitated by Mississippi’s Regional Education Service Agencies. The MDE-approved OSL series is designed to develop early career administrators as instructionally-focused, team-oriented, and improvement-driven school leaders. 

The Strengthening Teams OSL module engages leaders as team builders within school communities. Participants who complete this training will: 

• Complete the required Professional Growth System training

• Use productive strategies for School Culture

• Develop skills for coaching Professional Learning Communities

• Practice real-world Social Media scenarios
