REACH MS: Multi-Tiered System of Supports - PBIS Tier 1

REACH MS: Multi-Tiered System of Supports - PBIS Tier 1 Fall 2024

This two-day training will provide the participants the opportunity to begin to build systems necessary to provide Tier 1 Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports.  These systems will include, but are not limited to, data collection and analysis, developing prevention strategies, teaching appropriate behavior, and evaluating Tier 1 systems.  In addition, the critical elements/systems of PBIS will be aligned to Mississippi's Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS) essential components.  It is highly recommended that a school-based team attend the training.  The team should include, but not limited to, school administrators, general education teachers, special education teachers, behavioral specialists, and family members.
