Leading with Impact: Strategies for School Transformation

Unlock your school's full potential! Strong school leadership is the key to lasting improvement and student success.  This training equips building-level administrators with the strategies, tools, and ongoing support needed to create a thriving school cultre, enhance instruction, and drive meaningful change.  The Office of School and District Transformation (OSDT) will host a two-day professional development opportunity for selected building-level administrators in Mississippi public schools.  This convening is designed to enhance each school's leadership capacity by providing research-based strategies that improve culture, instruction, PLC support, data discussions, and student achievement.  Follow up supports will occur during the Fall of 2025. SEMIs and CEUs will be available for all attendees that participant in this 2-day event.
